Farzana Barucha - another item girl in Telugu movies

Farzana is pretty looking hot actress down south - in Telugu. Right. Wrong. She was a choreographer who turn to acting. She was person behind the title song for the film ZINDA (2006) starring Sanjay Dutt and John Abraham. She blended completely into Telugu film industry - like hand in gloves. Her debut Telugu film, BHAGYALAKSHMI BUMPER DRAW (2006) (Hind Remake: Malaamal Weekly) is a hit movie.

She is another import from Mumbai into Telugu. She is born in a Parsi born as Farzana Barucha in Mumbai. She was into modeling endorsing big brands like Hero Honda, Big Bazaar, Sansui TV. She was the lead choreographer for Adnan Sami's stages shows organized across the globe in 19 cities. Whilst in Mumbai, she was also a nutrition expert and Reebok's trainer.

Farzana (also sometimes called Farjana in Telugu), got very busy down south - so she just have to forget her career in Mumbai. She enjoys adventure sports such as paragliding, rock climbing, bungee jumping etc. And she does her own stunts in movies now.

She was introduced into Telugu Film Industry by Nidhi Prasad who called for Farzana's audition after seeing her ramp show photos in a local press. In BHAGYALAKSHMI BUMPER DRAW she was fully exploited - and did a very glamorous role. She followed this movie with another comedy called "Seema Sastri".

She is doing item number in her forthcoming movie "Mallepuvvu", Bhumika Chawla starred movie. In her first debut film, the item number was done by another item girl, Mumaith Khan.

We can look forward to more glamour roles or Item Numbers from Farzana Barucha!

Tissa Kurian belongs to India’s beautiful city Marmagoa and now settled in Delhi. She is regular reader of EindianGirls.com. Tissa sends us her beautiful picture and said that she what to share her personal information with serious peoples. She says that she like wedding functions and loves Mehndi. She also writes some lines about Mehndi.

Tissa says Mehndi or Henna has been popular in the States for the last few years. We know of Mehndi because of the cultures and traditions found in India, Pakistan and other Middle Eastern cultures. You have seen Mehndi, the beautiful and intricate designs on the hands, feet, neck or arm. When this artwork has passed you by, it made you stop and take a second look. There is a variation in the art of Mehndi from one country to the next. This variation depended on the culture, religious traditions and ceremonies. And, it is all these variations that helps us identify where the design originates.

The art of Mehndi is not practiced in only one religion, but rather in multiple religions such as Christianity, Islam, Hindu and Jews. She said that as you can see there is a rich tradition and significant meaning to the art of Mehndi. There is more to the design and the coloring then just eye catching beauty.

So the next time you think about having Mehndi art done, consider what it is you are trying to say or bring about. Enjoy the “magic” of Mehndi.
